シンコム・システムズ・ジャパン株式会社の100％親会社である米国Cincom Systems Inc.は、2024年6月12日世界的なソフトウェア企業であるPartnerOneへの株式譲渡によりPartnerOneグループの一員となることを発表いたしました。

創業者の引退に伴い、今後を見据えた上での株式譲渡であり、Cincomのブランドや企業としての存続については、現状のままです。PartnerOneグループの一企業として、今までより大きな組織の一員となる事で更に安定的な経営基盤となります。
