This Privacy Policy explains the policies and practices we follow to protect the personal information that we collect about you through the use of our website.

Our Privacy Policy consists of both this website’s Privacy Policy, and where applicable, the GDPR Privacy Notice and Cincom’s Privacy Shield Policy. Accordingly, we follow the Privacy Shield Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”) with respect to all such data. The Principles can be found at Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Principles with respect to such a transfer, the Principles will govern.

We have established a comprehensive privacy program, including a global privacy office and a Chief Privacy Officer, designed to help us respect and protect your data privacy rights. Transfer of Assets:

We do not sell or lease personal information or provide a list of our customers to third parties, except as described above. However, as we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets.
